One Tokyo look a day
Shibuya Today picks one outfit idea each day from the street style of Shibuya, Harajuku, Omotesando and Daikanyama, and shows how to put together something similar with pieces sold in the US.
How a look is made
- We take inspiration from published Tokyo street snaps. We do not show the photos or name the people in them.
- We describe the outfit in words and create a model image with AI. The model is not a real person and is not meant to resemble anyone.
- We then find similar pieces at US retailers and link to them. They are similar to the look, not identical.
Who runs it
Shibuya Today is an independent site run from Japan, written in English for shoppers in the United States. It is a sister project of Japan "-ish" Store.
